We promote each property through all the key channels in the tourism sector: the official MC Agency website, our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google), major international portals such as Booking.com and Airbnb, as well as platforms dedicated to specialised foreign agencies, with a particular focus on the German, Austrian and Eastern European markets.
INFORMATION REQUESTS
We respond promptly, 7 days a week, to all enquiries received via email, phone, social media or through the online booking system. Our multilingual staff is fully trained to handle questions and needs from all clients.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
We manage bookings and payments through a digital system that allows for quick confirmations and secure electronic transactions. We take care of the entire check-in and check-out process, from legally compliant document registration to balance collection, from tourist tax management to the delivery of bed linen.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
We guarantee professional cleaning services between stays or on request, along with constant assistance thanks to our in-house maintenance team and a network of qualified technicians, available even on public holidays.
RENTAL INCOME REPORTING
At the end of the year, we provide a complete report on the performance of your investment, including all the necessary documentation, also for property owners residing abroad.
Our experience allows you to maximise the return on your property, entrust us with its full management (including tax and maintenance aspects), and receive support with utility transfers through a dedicated broker, ensuring the most advantageous rates at all times.
MC Bibione Agency can act as a tax withholding agent, taking care of the payment of the so-called “short-term rental withholding tax” and the submission of the Single Tax Certification (Certificazione Unica) by March of the following year.
