Information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 and the Italian Privacy Code as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

Special categories of personal data: means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
Data Controller: means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

3. TYPE OF DATA, PURPOSE, AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
a) Browsing data
The personal data processed is solely that provided by users during browsing and whose transmission is implicit in the use of internal communication protocols, such as the IP address, operating system, browser used, and other information collected through cookies installed on the Site. b) Data provided by the user by completing the contact form
This involves identifying personal data (such as name, surname, email address, telephone number) provided by users to complete the contact form. Agenzia M.C. generally does not process sensitive data, except for specific client needs. We therefore ask users not to include, in the data collection form, any data that could reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical, or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in political parties, trade unions, associations, or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political, or trade union nature, or health status. The purpose of the processing is to fulfill the user’s contact request.
c) Data provided by the user for the Agency’s newsletter (email messages to keep you updated on the Agency’s activities and services). The legal basis for the processing is consent.

4. MANDATORY DATA PROVISION
The provision of the data referred to in point 3, letter a) is mandatory to allow navigation on the site.

5. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The processing may be carried out through the collection, recording, storage, processing, and deletion of data using both paper and electronic means. The data is not subject to dissemination or automated decision-making.

7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data provided will be retained for a limited period of time, for the purposes indicated in point 4 above:

– Data provided through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to process the request;

8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the right to exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data covered by this policy, as provided for and guaranteed by the Regulation: right of access and rectification (Articles 15 and 16 of the Regulation):

9. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
