RENTAL GENERAL CONDITIONS AND USEFUL INFORMATIONS
1) The booking will be accepted as soon as the agency receives the deposit of 30% of the rent, by money order or cheque. After deposit amount receiving the agency will send to the client the confirming letter for the location. This confirming letter has to be presented by the client at the arrival in Bibione. If within 15 days from the booking the deposit has not arrived the reservation is considered annulled.
2) The balance of the rent and the extra expenses must be paid to the agency on the arrival day at the same time of key consigning. The agency will accept only cash or bank draft, euro-cheques. On arrival the guest must exhibit the documents of the whole family.
3) In every case the deposit will never be refunded. Also for anticipated departure there will be no reimbursement. If the guest is obliged to cancel the booking, he must give a written notice sent by fax, mail or letter at least 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay. Otherwise if the agency is not able to rent the apartment to someone else, the guest has also to settle the rest of the amount.
4) Apartments and bungalows can be rented only from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 days.
5) In case the guest is not able to arrive on the fixed day, he must inform the agency by phone or e-mail. If the guest fails to arrive, without notice, at the second day he will be considered a renouncer.
6) Possession of the flat is between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the agency. Otherwise the apartment will be kept free only for another day, after which it may be rented again with the consequences for the guest written above (point 3). The apartment must be left free within 10 o’ clock in the morning of the agreed departure day. The departures have to take place during the office hours to enable our personnel to control the cleaning and the condition of the apartment. The agency, on request, can authorize departures out of office hours and send by post the caution (point 10) after the control of the apartment. The houses must be left clean and in order, free of garbage, empty refrigerator, washed up crockery and kitchen•corner clean.
7) The number of the guests for flat must not exceed the number of beds available. It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are considered as adults.The agency reserves the right to inspect the rented apartments at own’s discretion. In case the number of the guests will be higher than the allowed beds, the location will be immediately rescinded.
8) All flats and bungalows are equipped with necessary furniture, with fridge, gasring, cold and hot water, electric light (220 V). For each bed are available 1 pillow and 1 blanket, sofa-beds have no pillows or blankets. All apartments are not supplied with bed-linen, bath-towels, table-cloth, gas-lighter, detergents for the apartment cleaning, toilet paper, bags for dustbin, grill for fire-place. For a new gas-bottle please inform the agency, by phone, too. The consigning will be effected in the hours: 08.00 – 12.30 and 15.30
– 19.30 except Sunday afternoon.
9) The guest is responsable for the furniture and the crocker. It is requested to take care of garden furniture (if it is available) and to keep it inside the flat during the night and at the end of the holiday. If the furnishings are broken it must be replaced. Deficiencies in the inventary and condition of the flat must be notified within 24 hours from the arrival.
10) The flat is consigned clean and in order and must be left in the same condition. By request, the final cleaning can be done by our staff for the cost of ...Euro. At agency’s discretion could be requested a caution of Euro 100. The caution will be given back to the client on departure day after a specific control by our staff.
11) Please do not throw down the sink or WC objects. Also please make sure that all sand is removed from beachwear before washing : the possible remove must be paid by the guest. Please use rubbish bags and deposit them in the provided bins. The use of the electric household appliances is not allowed.
12) Quiet is requested during the afternoon hours between 2.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. and during the night between 10.00 p.m. in the night and 8.00 a.m. in the morning. Please do not wear clogs or other woodensoled indoors. Be careful not to make too much noise when moving furniture or other heavy weights. Please take care of the furniture and other household and leave the apartment as you find it.
13) It is prohibited to bring pets. No-observance will annul the contract. Swimming-pools are opened from June to the middle of September.
14) The M.C. agency is only an intermediary between the flat-owner and the guest. The agency is not responsable for eventual breakages, accidents, delays or losses for circumstances a force-majeur. For the apartments equipped with air-conditioning the agency is not responsable in case of not working machines due to technical problems. Each claim for damages must be addressed to the flat-owner through the agency. The agency shall give its help to resolve the problems. Requests of compensation for damages must be agreed directly. For the legal disputes is competent only the court of Venice.
15) The agency reserves the right to substitute the booked flat in case of unforeseen circumstances. We inform our guests about the possibility to go in to the apartments given to our authorized personnel for repairing as for service also in case of clients absence.
16) On making the reservation the guest strictly accepts the above conditions.
